Alton Miller has recorded & released music on many independent labels, forever pushing his brand of deep Detroit house. The tracks on "With The Dawn" expose his intimate connection with the drums and African rhythms, all the while carrying the imprint of his native Detroit. "Blues (What Am I Missing)" is a deep and melodic track with smooth and soulful vocals. "Tell Me" is a vocal track that dwells in darker and more percussive territory (late night bizness!). Also included on the ep is a remix of "Tell Me" from Toronto's own Adam Marshall. This remix takes "Tell Me" and twists it into Adam's brand of deep minimal techno.
